What 2K said was that they are releasing a game before this fiscal years ends, which is March 31 2019. They will most definitely not release a game this fall because 2K is owned by Take-Two who also owns Rockstar. My guess is that Borderlands 3 is indeed 2K's next game which will be released in February 2019. Probably won't see Bioshock for a while
