But why they are not   battle in  normal war, using Air force , Tank , Navy and Army,  instead of Nukes. I want to see modern war that not include Nukes.  Using Nukes is just too simple and no challenge at all.  

I think people over-estimate Russia's capabilities.
Their technology by western standards is relatively outmoded all things considered.

As for Nuclear... MAD will keep Russia Humble. Many western states also have defense systems that will counter such attempts anyway.

So stress less. Currently we are at a stage of intense political posturing, the last thing that the world needs is for people to start being irrational or inventing conspiracy theories.

Yeah i hope so.  Russia are not the same like in the past. Puttin might be good at leading their country but still without USR , Russia is not a big threat. Unless if Russia joint with CCP (china Communist Party ) LOL. But I am sure China also has another problem. But US has allies , like NATO and some in Middle East (Israel, Saudi ) and in South Pacific like Japan, Australia, Philippines and India.
