Those are just 4 examples I can think of as to what 10/10 could mean, so that has to be taken into account.

Even if you remove the 10s, I stand by it. When everyone else scores you high, getting something that low becomes suspect.

Well, the quality of a game is completely subjective, I love FFX for example but I know there are others that absolutely hate it.
