Yacht Club Games has announced that Shovel Knight has sold two million copies worldwide on all platforms. According to the team, it took 18 months in order to hit the 1 million milestone and 26 months in order to surpass the 2 million sales.

Warhammer: Vermintide 2 has sold one million copies worldwide

Fatshark today announced that Warhammer: Vermintide 2 has surpassed one million units sold within five weeks after being released on PC.
Martin Wahlund, Fatshark’s CEO, said:
“We are genuinely humbled by the reception of Warhammer: Vermintide 2 from gamers all over the world. We reached half a million units within the first week, and one million within five weeks, which is far quicker than we ever expected.”

Last year Neill Blomkamp and OATS Studios debuted ADAM: Episode 2 and ADAM: Episode 3, two beautiful short-films created and rendered in real-time in Unity. These short films were incredible and showcased the capabilities of the Unity Engine, and we are happy to inform you that ADAM: Episode 2 is available right now as a downloadable executable.
This basically means that everyone can download and run the film in real-time, pause it at any point, move the camera around and examine the scenes from any angle. Furthermore, assets from these two episodes are now available on the Unity Asset Store so that all Unity creators can use them in their work.

Ubisoft has released a special Splinter Cell mission for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands which has a really lovely easter egg for the Metal Gear Solid series. And while we usually don’t share such stories, this is one that somehow touched us. After ‘acquiring’ the top-secret Intel from the rogue CIA agent, Sam tells Grim that there was another guy who could infiltrate bases and wore a bandana to which Grim responds by saying that he retired.

KOEI Tecmo has released a brand new update for Dynasty Warriors 9. This patch fixes a number of bugs and issues, enables Steam Trading, and adds support for displaying Japanese and Chinese.
