It's a real shame that Steam Spy has to go down because of this. Valve could have left that crucial part of the settings as visible/open instead of hidden 
.
As for that OLED TV of yours... well, you'll have to deal with a bigger TV. Sadly, they aren't doing small sized ones yet.
