I think I've decided who my main digital PC games retailer will be and why everybody should go this route ...

IMO, GoG is the best PC games retailer since they allow for backup copies and none of the online only bullshit but the downside is their EULA only allows personal ownership only so no sharing, trading or even selling it but good enough for me if I want offline access to my PC games ...

In conclusion, fuck both Steam and Valve for not changing their EULA to guarantee that their games won't work without an online client and from now on I'll make god damned sure that I'll also be able to backup my DLC/updates if possible or make sure to get a "content complete" version of the game ... (it's harder than I thought to preserve PC games)

My only criticism towards GOG is that they don't sell wallet cards like other stores do. Leaving consoles aside, Valve, MSoft or even EA have them, yet GOG doesn't. And that's a problem because I don't care how safe their system is, I don't like my credit details online.

I can assure you that, if they launched those cards, I'd buy a lot from them.

Please excuse my bad English.
