"Take responsibility for the mistake you made".

Again, you haven't explained what this means.

Still, you keep putting the responsibility on the woman. You are saying that you were an idiot for marrying this guy, even though he may have showed no signs of being someone who would rape you. You are saying that you made mistakes and that you are to blame for making the mistake of being with someone who would rape you.

If you don't see how this constitutes textbook victim blaming, I think that is on you at this point.

I also said he must take responsibility for the CRIME of rape, didn't I, but again you are blind to that part.

And yes I said that she needs to take responsibility for the MISTAKE, I did not say crime, I said mistake because marrying an asshole that ends up raping you is EXACTLY the definition of the word, mistake.

If I shut down my computer right now cause you guys are kind of a pain to talk to (it's the middle of the night over here) and go out on foot towards a dangerous part of town and get stabbed, I MADE A MISTAKE, I could not know in advance I was going to get stabbed, yet I (not my neighbor, not the Pope, not the president but I, as in ME) made the MISTAKE of going alone, on foot to a dangerous part of town in the middle of the night. Am I to blame for the crime of stabbing? Nope but in my hospital bed I will have the basic LOGIC of realizing that I was a DUMBASS for going alone in a dangerous part of town and I will take responsibility for that mistake, while the attacker must take responsibility for the crime.

That's what I'm saying and that's how it is. And no PC counter arguments from you or others will change these facts.

If you got stabbed and the perpetrator said it was your fault for being in a dangerous part of town, I highly doubt the judge or jury would accept that excuse.

Admittedly I don't know where you live or what the courts are like.
