They aren't doing an amazing job at being one. They ignored PC for years during the 360 days, with a few titles coming attached with their horrid DRM.

PC doesn't have a company that has the money to ask devs to lock a game to their system, either indefinitely or for a finite amount of time. It's always been up to either the devs themselves or via hardware/game design that has a game stuck on the platform.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
