It was designed for both and it works with both. You also have to understand that while consoles have *some* K+M support, they play with gamepads by default, so console versions end up rolling with gamepad support right off the bat, while on PC, if it's designed for PC, it's usually with K+M in mind, with gamepads as optional.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
