Why do you think we wouldn't get SO??? Sony was offered it, but didn't signed off because Sony wanted to keep rights of the IP. If Insominiac was property of Sony the IP would be theirs anyway so no discussion on this, more than that most of Sony studios are free to chose what they will work on.
