Well I want HDR but not 4k as I'm sure many others do. Sucks for them if they don't wanna HDR at 1080. My oldest DSLR from 2010 can do HDR so there is no issue. Not everyone wants or can benefit from 4k. They need to realize this. 

I'm sure there is a market but I doubt it is significant enough to put the resources and explore.
