Yeah but those are due to being part of private property, there is a billion areas you can swim without restriction. I can also drink myself to death with alcohol or give myself a heart attack by eating two dozen burgers or waste away slowly by living on Soda. You can harm others with cars, knives and a million other every day items.  Unless you're advocating for the exact same, identical regulations for guns as for swimming, driving or consumption of soda then don't argue down this line of thinking, because it would result in removing a lot more gun regulations than we already have.
