The 360 is already half the price of the ps3 in the EU, so a price drop there (they technically already had one in March) won't do any good.
The only territory in which a price drop would be effective is the US, but I don't think that would be enough to turn the tide globally or anything.
Also, you left off quite a few ps3 games from your list. :P
