Dragon Quest XI coming September 4th to PS4 and Steam - Switch 'much later', no 3DS version

Adding voice acting expands the game size greatly and I'm sure Square Enix and other companies, western or Japanese, won't release their big sized games until Nintendo approves the 64GB cart. So i can see the 'much later' being late 2019 since the cards wont be ready until Q1 2019.
