It's interesting that both God of War and Spiderman got the same votes as last month, 18 and 11. Their fans are constant, unlike Nintendo titles that vary more from one month to the other.

Oh, and for me you can keep the machines combined under the same maker.

Maybe people know exactly what they are getting with all the gameplay footage for spiderman and god of war and so it's easier to vote for them over and over again.

On the other hand out of the top 6 nintendo games on this list only octopath has gameplay footage and a demo. The other games don't have gameplay or not even a trailer. So it might be easier to switch points between those games or give those points to a completely different title. With gameplay it's easier to maintain the hype.
