Is it okay to Pirate games?

I'm talking about harmless crimes, like jaywalking and piracy. 

Jaywalking could result in one getting hit by a car.  Take for instance the homeless woman that got hit by driverless uber car in Arizona.  Sometimes people forget to look both ways...  Piracy can also harm people.  If everybody pirated then no one would make any money.
