If its never released in english (jp only)... but theres a fan translation out there.
I think yeah its "okay" morally.
Its a game that you potentially never would have played, that you now can.
Their "loss" is nothing, because it was never something you would have bought.
Also if you own a disk of a game, but its scratched to hell.... I think its okay to pirate that game also.
Its probably not by the law, but morally again I think that fine.
