I'm 50/50 on this actually. You can buy the games on the eShop, but since it's the US one you're technically still buying from another region instead of your own (Because it's not supported), not to mention that you'll need an international credit card to do that and will also pay a lot more for the game since you're converting from Brazilian Real to US Dollar. I personally just buy the games whenever possible, not really a fan of pirating if I can avoid it, but again, I wouldn't judge someone who'd rather pirate because you can't get those games officially over here.
