I'll give you one: Nintendo doesn't sell their games/consoles officially in Brazil, would you be fine with pirating in that case if you lived here?

I personally don't think it's okay since I can easily get a Switch from the grey market (Which I did) and "import" the games by buying them digitally through the US eShop, but I also wouldn't judge someone who would rather pirate than jump through hoops just to be able to play those games.
