Dreams probably won't get that, probably too complex to get those scores. See that's the kind of thing I'm trying to explain but failing at, I think it's the subtle differences that make the lower scores and not necessarily a bias. Who knows though, we will see if they can get it up to speed this gen. I hope so! I still think GOW can do it. But if not we still have TLOU, Dreams, Days Gone, Detroit and a few others. Ghost of Tsushima and Death Stranding have a pretty good chance .... if they even come out this gen .... x-P
