Bank it. Plenty of online only banks that give you decent interest monthly. I have one that gives me 4.25 percent as long as you use it for one transaction per week. It would be at a still decent 3.75 otherwise. I actually get more money using that bank account to pay for my fuel than if I didn't.
Probably the most boring answer here but.... Money.
