The difference is that Halo is a mediocre game that gets praise, while Horizon: Zero Dawn is a game that truly does deserve all its praise but I just couldn't get into. Tried playing it a half dozen times and I didn't personally get into it, but could barely think of any REAL flaws (as in, actual problems with the game, not just personal preferences.)
Almost everyone in this thread is just listing off popular games they don't like without reason or explanation. Maybe I'll actually make a thread about precisely that! |

Exactly! Words have meaning, and people are using the word wrong. This thread has become "popular titles I dislike" as opposed to "Overrated games". The terms have different meanings, and it's a difference between objectivity and subjectivity.
