I'm trying to lose weight so I can live longer I was first diagnosed of type 2 diabetes back in 2011 when i was 23 years old . my grandma is 81 years old and had diabetes since in her 50's She drinks alot of milk though but I dont drink much milk because it gives you kidney rocks if you drink too much if I drink milk its 1/4th of cereal bowl once a day and rice crispies cereal . the only sugar related drink I have the whole day is 1 soda I eat cheeseburger in morning eat nothing in lunch and at dinner eat any substitute food if i dont get second cheeseburger like two mini tacos i always drink water after the morning soda my doctor says my sugar level is 6 i think only nondiabetics are 5 or lesser I drink water the rest of the day no milk no soda again probably 1/8 of tiny glass of orange juice at night if I'm worried of my blood sugar dropping :( . blood sugar dropping is more dangerous than high blood sugar and when I check my blood sugar its always between 115 to 171 never over 200 and something unless I drank alot of soda that day I usually get more blood sugar in 110 to 150 something .

You eat fast food twice a day on avg? O_O

Maybe its just because im european but that seems.... like alot of fast food.
Id say something like pizza/burger is something I eat like once ever 2-3 months or so.
I do have a sweet tooth, and eat alot of snacks though (chips / cake and the like).

I have low chesterol too says my doctoc even though I eat twice the entire day and skip lunch though like 3 times a week I get a banana for lunch

No idea what my chesterol is at... its probably abit too high, I love meat.

My dad has Type 1 diabetes.
Its why I said I think its important to manage your blood sugar levels.
