Well, that's more of a problem with the word flop. Just because something makes money back doesn't mean people don't consider it a flop. Anything that does way less than people were expecting in terms of sales figures is automatically considered a "flop". 1-2 mil for a peripheral is pretty bad. But considering Nintendo probably made profit on Wii U ... I would not be surprised if they made lots of money off selling 2 million pieces of cardboard (this is what haters actually think Labo is, btw)
