Schalke won today, so Bayern can't make their title official tomorrow. Title postponed until matchday 28.

Anyway, the more interesting things happen at the bottom of the table. Bremen was able to beat Cologne on Monday, today they took care of Augsburg and improved to 33 points, so they are almost in the clear now. 28 points in the last 17 games (that's when the new coach took over) is Europe League pace, but of course that's not possible when the first 10 games of the season were flushed down the toilet.

Freiburg lost and remains at 30 points, but Wolfsburg and Mainz lost as well and remain at 25 points. Mainz sits on the playoff relegation spot with a far worse goal difference and they've played disastrous football lately. Today they escaped with an 0-3, but couldn't have complained about an 0-7.

Hamburg got a new coach after they fired the previous one after fewer than 50 days in charge. Hamburg's new coach is tits...um... Titz. Yes, that's his name. The club even played well for a half, but then regressed to its norm and lost the game. So everyone down there in the standings is losing. Well, Cologne plays tomorrow, so they still have a shot to improve their position.

Wolfsburg might actually manage to avoid relegation despite being the team with the fewest wins on the season. Mainz, Hamburg and Cologne have just been that bad.

Wow Wolfsburg have declined quite a bit. They won the Bundesliga last decade and now hover around relegation.
