Friday news, part two and last of the week:

https://www.pcgamer.com/hearthstone-designer-reveals-new-the-witchwood-cards-for-even-and-odd-decks/
Hearthstone players will soon be headed off to The Witchwood, wherein they will discover 135 new cards, a new Dungeon Run-styled mode called Monster Hunt, and as lead designer Dean "Iksar" Ayala talks about in this new video, an interesting twist on deck building.
Multiplayer monster raising farm sim Re:Legend finds publisher ahead of Steam release
https://www.pcgamer.com/multiplayer-monster-raising-farm-sim-relegend-finds-publisher-ahead-of-steam-release/
Re:Legend is a self-styled "sim-JRPG" about taming and raising monsters known as Magnus and enlisting their help in farming, fishing, fighting and other daily tasks. Today, Terraria publisher 505 Games announced it will publish Re:Legend, and that the game will come to Steam Early Access later this year.
Overwatch's new support tank Brigitte launches next week
https://www.pcgamer.com/overwatch-brigitte-release-date/
Overwatch's newest hero, Brigitte, launches on March 20. Though she's classified as a support hero, Brigitte is more like a hybrid support/tank, as she carries a large barrier shield and fights on the front line in addition to healing her allies.
Space mystery Outer Wilds resurrected by Edith Finch publisher, coming 2018
https://www.pcgamer.com/space-mystery-outer-wilds-resurrected-by-edith-finch-publisher-coming-2018/
Outer Wilds, you may recall, is a first-person game about exploring a solar system in 20-minute intervals on account of the time loop the whole shebang is trapped in. We played and rather enjoyed an early build in 2015 but haven't heard much about the game since, until now. Today, developer Mobius Digital Games announced a partnership with publisher Annapurna Interactive, who also published What Remains of Edith Finch and Gorogoa. Together, the two will finally bring Outer Wilds to PC later this year, well over three years after its announcement.
Overwatch is already dialing back Sombra's recent buffs
https://www.pcgamer.com/overwatch-is-already-dialing-back-sombras-recent-buffs/
Just a few weeks ago, the Overwatch hacker Sombra received a pretty significant buff. In exchange for hacked health packs no longer generating ult charge, her weapon spread was reduced, making it much easier to deal damage, and her Hack time was sped up considerably.
Many in the community said this was too much. In particular, the increased Hack speed made the ability near-impossible to interrupt, as it's now possible to squeeze in a Hack between reloads or a few missed shots. Well, it looks like Blizzard has taken note, and nerfs are incoming.
A typo in a Civilization 6 data file is messing with the AI's priorities
https://www.pcgamer.com/typos-in-a-civilization-6-data-file-are-messing-with-the-ais-priorities/
There's a story going around that sounds too improbable to be true: that Civilization 6's AI leaders have been acting strangely all this time because of five misspellings in a data file. The likelihood that Firaxis wouldn't have noticed such an obvious error for so long seems minuscule. And yet, inside one of Civ 6's loose data files, Leaders.xml, are the following five lines.
Update: Firaxis has confirmed that the spelling errors are a mistake.
Far: Lone Sails, a land yacht journey across a barren desert, is coming in May
https://www.pcgamer.com/far-lone-sails-a-land-yacht-journey-across-a-barren-desert-is-coming-in-may/
Far: Lone Sails reminds me quite a bit of The Final Station, another 2D journey across a desolate, end-of-the-world landscape, and based on that alone it has my interest. But the muted beauty of the trailer and the promise of slow-burn environmental storytelling rather than wholesale zombie slaughter have my expectations elevated: I really want to play this game.
Far: Lone Sails is scheduled for release on May 17 on Steam.
This new Sinking City video features a very good looking GDC demo
https://www.pcgamer.com/this-new-sinking-city-video-features-a-very-good-looking-gdc-demo/
The Sinking City is an open-world investigation game with a Lovecraftian twist, set in the 1920s in Oakmont, Massachusetts, a city plagued by flood. And not just any floods: Supernatural floods. It's the biggest game ever made by Ukrainian developer Frogwares, which has previously developed a number of Sherlock Holmes games and the 2013 Portal-esque Magrunner: Dark Pulse. With its first public showcase about to take place at GDC and EGX, the studio has released a trailer looking at the challenges of creating a demo that will properly showcase what the game is all about.
Neo Cab is a lovely-looking 'emotional survival game about gig labour'
https://www.pcgamer.com/neo-cab-is-a-lovely-looking-emotional-survival-game-about-gig-labour/
Neo Cab is the debut game from Californian outfit Chance Agency. It's a survival game, of sorts, but not what we're used to from the genre. And it looks gorgeous.
"Neo Cab is an emotional survival game about gig labor, tech disruption and the experience of being a driver-for-hire… perhaps the last of their kind," reads a tweet from the game's newly launched Twitter account.
Scavengers is an ambitious multiplayer survival shooter, spiritual successor to Halo 5's Warzone
https://www.pcgamer.com/scavengers-is-an-ambitious-multiplayer-survival-shooter-and-spiritual-successor-to-halo-5s-warzone/
Scavengers is the debut venture of Midwinter Entertainment—a studio led by ex-343 Industries studio head Josh Holmes. Inspired by Halo 5's Warzone mode, the game bills itself as a multiplayer "co-opetition" survival shooter. But don't be put off by that because Scavengers sounds impressive, pants portmanteau aside.
