I would recommend Xenoblade Chronicles 2.It's my favorite Switch game and one of the best games I have played. The story is awesome and the characters are varied, interesting and likable. The music is good and the gameplay is fun. And the setting is great. The only negative is graphics (from a technical point of view), ocasional fps dropping and the overall muddiness (but the art direction is good). And the some of the sidequests (which are fetch quests). And if you like pokémon you will enjoy the blade systems and the thrill when you awaken a rare blade.
