Well there is a lot of other costs and margin involved in the hour of that person, so don't fell sad... and the alternative for that person if you didn't pay him the 20 per hour would be a local job at 5 per hour, so he is really happy with that wage... and his cost structure is totally different than yours because it is a cheaper country to live.
