I got PS4 for couch gaming, it has great exclusives and huge player base. Switch for anywhere gaming, again, great exclusives and fantastic local co-op machine. And PC for the very best exclusives, silky smooth gameplay and everything else. All of those systems offer different experience, but what really sells them is software. So why would I throw extra few hundred $$$ on another system, which offers little to none exclusivity, where I could spend that money on the software for my existing machines? Even if XB1 was my first choice this gen, looking at what Sony's got to offer today, I'd probably sell it by now and buy PS4.
