Is Assassins Creed Rogue: Re-master still coming?

The game is due out next Tuesday, it's not in Gamestop or Best Buy systems as a sku, let alone a pre-order. Also not on the psn store. 

I see you can pre-order on Ubisofts store, but not in America.
