i think this formulation is for the big group of people who buy consoles but dont know much about technique, also it isn`t wrong and yes cloud computing brought us big improvments in the last years and it will be the future of a lot of multiplayer games.

so you also could use 32 xbox`s like a server farm and collect them to a cloud computing system.
