The water looks great! The ships and boats on the other hand don't appear so hot.
This being my personal opinion and I'm glad they are taking strides to a more realistic experience with natural real life environments. I don't see Microsoft nor Rare being quoted in this anywhere saying this is what they were able to do because of the "Power of the Cloud".
