What is your view on, so called, "positive discrimination" when, for example, for a position at work apply two people. One white and one from ethnic minority and despite qualification, position is given to person with ethnic minority background. Just to fulfil quota. That happens a lot, believe me. Not a lot of people like to challenge it, because if they do, they are labeled racist.
Believe me, racism exist not only amongst white people.
