I think i only played through BoF III. Mainly because when i finally got Breath of Fire 2 i had a ton of SNES JRPG's.
The last BoF was pretty shitty though.
I'd love to see Breath of Fire come back as quality games. Would honestly prefer Switch as platform and cel shading look, not the traditional top down and definitely no realistic graphics.
If they change the combat system i'd want a decent real time system, not that boring stuff that Xenoblade X or FF XII did
