I like Yakumo-san wa Edzuke ga Shitai. It's slow-paced slice of life but I enjoy it.
It's about a 28 year old widow named Yakumo-san. She lives alone and her days are kind of empty. However, she then finds out that a high-school student lives in the apartment beside hers. He transferred and moved by himself to play baseball at a school with a good program. When Yakumo-san realizes that he lives off packaged food, she makes it her mission to cook for him after practice. This brings some measure of purpose back into her life and reminds her how much she used to love cooking.
Oh, and she's sexy and cute at the same time.
The third person to enter the picture is the high school girl who likes the guy, though that's probably because she's a baseball freak. She's ... not really crazy about him spending his afternoons at a pretty nee-san's house.
