Arkham Knight is solid but it gets a lot of hate online. GT Sport has poor reviews that no doubt have an impact on sales and reputation and many wouldn't play the game either way so they'll go by what the reviews say. Same with Rainbow Six: Siege and Driveclub. Alien: Isolation was given 5.9 by IGN and IGN has a huge impact on many people's perception. Its the only source lots of gamers in my circle trust. The Last Guardian had mixed reception by both fans and reviewers. Many people don't seem to understand the game and review it on a purely mechanical basis which doesn't serve it justice. Infamous: Second Son isn't short, 2 playthroughs took me 21 hours. Its not at all repetitive, the gameplay had me hooked on both playthroughs. Like the other Infamous games its dayum fun to play. Assassin's Creed: Syndicate was a good game and London was well crafted. Its all right gameplay wise too but the city is just soo good and really deserves more praise. |
- Arkham Knight is fairly well liked except for the Batmobile sections and the story
- GT Sport got some poor reviews but has a very loyal following. Same for Driveclub and Rainbow Six: Seige
- The Last Guardian wasn't as successful as the other 2 games made by the company, but is still appreciated by a fair bit of the community
- Infamous Second Son's story took me about 6-7 hours to beat which is fairly short for an open world game. It doesn't have much side content either
- Everyone thought IGN was retarded for giving Isolation a 5.9. It's almost as controversial as their Pokémon Omega Ruby and Sapphire review.
- I can't really dispute you on Syndicate. It's a well crafted game, but I thought the combat was so repetitive and mind numbing.
