Definitely The Last Guardian for me. While I think it's my least favorite Fumito Ueda game, it still retains most of the things I love about his other works. I think people were swept up in the hype and didn't realise this wasn't going to be a new SotC, if anything it was a new Ico, which is a pretty niche game.
