The Audio to LAN app works pretty well. I'm using Stardock Acoustic Bridge for it. It certainly has noticeable lag but if I had to guess it's no more than maybe 50ms. Which is absolutely fine for RL.
With that I'm pretty much set and can finally enjoy RL and any other game in all its glory.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
