What do yo think will be the hardware specifications of PS5 if it arrives arround 2019-2020?

FPS doesn't correlate with hardware power. Many NES games ran at 60 FPS. Many developers "trade" some of those frames for better visuals.

So saying that the PS5 will be 4k 60 FPS is a dead giveaway that you are not credible when it comes to talking about tech specs.
