He's saying it has more first year titles that are 90 or above than PS4 did in it's first year. He may be wrong, but a lot of those games you posted aren't first year.

What does this baised 1st year "only" methode achive but make Switch look better than it is?

Because a race isn't a race when one person starts 4 miles ahead. This is showing which console was quicker to deliver 90+ games.
