Feminism should be about freedom of choice and allowing women to have agency in their lives. If a woman is being forced into an occupation by someone else, it is wrong. If they elect to do so and are happy with it then I see no issue.
The problem some have in a free society is that others will elect to do things they may find disagreeable or offensive. It's always the pressure on women how we handle work life or home life. No woman is less for working outside the home or not, no woman is less for starting a family or not.
