Those "snob" PC gamers you're referring to are making more bank than others are are a typical retail job with their mining. Those that can afford high end cards are still going to buy them.
No need to get warrior like in this thread though.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
