I don't think we've fully won yet but we are winning for sure. It's not like the terrorists are killing large numbers of people and everyone is living in fear.
We've also inflicted heavy casualties on terrorist insurgent forces which is a large victory.
Another way you can tell we are doing well is the fact that the media has quited down on it a lot because they don't have as many bad things to report anymore to trick everyone into being against it.
