Govenment always makes everything worse. And it is easy to fake your age on the internet. As long as parents let their kids do whatever they want with they credit cards, this shit won't stop, companies will use the credit card data as a proof the one buying is an adult even though it can be a 12 year old boy using his parents cards.
The only ones that can control it are the parents.
