The tone portrayed by the person running the Twitter is passive-aggressive and unbecoming of a professional. This is the kind of petty behavior you'd expect from a dev's Twitter, but not the official Twitter account. A lot of people don't care. Some even applaud them. But, if you alienate anyone because of that, that's a potential sale you may never get back. Do that too many times, and your business will suffer.
