Well there is 2 months and a half to go with the Vgchartz tracking. I think some games can make it before then. There will definetly be million sellers on the eShop.
Switch sales are mindblowing hardware and software wise. It sold the same amount that Xbox one the week ending december 16th and Pubg came out...
It would be crazy for any developers to not try it out. Of course we are seeing some old ports now but once they realise the ports are selling well, it will be time to make exclusives or multiplat at the same time.
