The rate won't go up. It can't. The real owners of the FED - the banks - will print this financial system into oblivion. They will print untill the world itself or the FED burns.
If you think this is capitalism, then you don't know much about capitalism. As soon as modern fiat money was born with the FED, it was crony capitalism or some fusion of capitalism with fascism. We just now hitting full-retard on the scam.
Socialism is even worse then this system. Much worse.
