What would such a non-tech-saavy person be looking to install that they couldn't use the Store for, though? If they're not tech-saavy, what do they need? 

Also, the Windows Store is constantly being updated. I think they're trying to make it less of a pain in the ass, cause they know it sucks.

How about a free DVD player or codecs since those no longer come with windows.
