No. If the Patriots stop the Eagles on the next play, it will be 4th down and the Eagles will probably settle for a field goal. The Patriots would then get the ball again, down 8 points and with about 1:20 left on the clock. A touchdown + two point conversion can tie the game and send it into overtime.

But if the Eagles get a new first down on the next play, they'll kneel down and let the clock run out.

I don't understand half of what you said, so I'll assume philly is the favourite right now.
