Not quite Switch level yet for most hardware although many have superior cpu power just not gpu but comfortably above Vita now for even cheap hardware. Vita is only about 50 gflops or less and that is fairly easy to beat especially as memory and cpu is speed is also much, much higher too.

I guess we are currently between ps2/original xbox performance and ps3/360 but with higher resolution graphics. It's ok and certainly well powerful enough for many genres of games. Remember the Tegra X1 running at full speed is used in the Nvidia Shield box so that is comfortably above Switch although not portable.
